Menma Reveals to All – Ano Hana 8

Tensions are running high in “We Still Don’t Know the Name of the Flower We Saw That Day” as the other members of the Super Peace Busters confront Jinta on the existence of Menma. And just as you’ve come to expect, there’s a fair share of crying and shouting to be had this week, though it admittedly has been become much more intense and intriguing.

For starters, let’s run through the whole episode in a jiffy (By the way, did you know that a  jiffy is a real form of time measurement? Look it up, physics).

Denpa Onna Episode 8 Review – Meme’s Turn to Shine

Like mother like daughter...

Denpa Onna to Seishun Ottoko has certainly solidified itself as being the wacky and out-there anime of the season. It seems strange to me that nobody drew any parallels between this anime and this one, which is strange since they both feature aliens and the like. That said, it’s a refreshing breather to finally get an episode all about Meme, though it starts out in a typically strange fashion (an oxymoron?).

Even though this week’s episodes makes great strides towards expanding on Meme’s character, they still deliberately leave this part of the puzzle out: what does Erio’s father look like? From the get-go, it’s established that Elliot did in fact exist and so any previous notions of this guy being Erio’s father have been thrown out of the window.
